In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the erek33 website accessible at https://erek33.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available thereon.
• "Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" means erek33 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the Platform.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose registration has been accepted by the Company.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Member on the Platform, through which the Member accesses all services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit bonus credited to a Member's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may be treated as withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, through which the Company verifies a Member's identity, age, and payment details in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the standard time zone for Jakarta and the reference time zone for all operational purposes on the Platform.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, in which all Platform transactions are denominated.

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the erek33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and the Company.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person — the Platform is not available to corporate entities, trusts, or other non-individual legal persons.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly reserved for adults. Any individual under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access and use online betting and gaming platforms of this nature.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program or voluntary exclusion list maintained by the Company or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of erek33 or any of its affiliated entities.

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Single Account Rule: Each individual person may hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify erek33 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised.
• KYC Verification: erek33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity (national id entity card / KTP, passport, or other government-issued photo ID), age, and payment method at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). erek33 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier screen and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• erek33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer charges that are outside the Company's control.
• Deposit processing times depend on the payment method used. Local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited instantly or within minutes during normal banking hours in WIB. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited in real time in the majority of cases.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your Account dashboard and vary by payment method and Account verification level.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the erek33 Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC review. First-time withdrawals will require full identity verification before processing. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to periodic re-verification at the Company's discretion.
• erek33 targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours of a verified request being approved, subject to the payment method's settlement schedule and any additional compliance review that may be required.
• The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending the completion of an internal review.

erek33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly override them:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members who meet the specific criteria stated in the applicable promotion. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the Bonus Funds or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms at the point of offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion expressly permits it.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining Bonus Funds will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently toward the completion of a wagering requirement. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and togel (numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: erek33 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an Account if it determines — in its sole discretion — that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or misrepresenting eligibility criteria.
• Withdrawal of Real Funds While a Bonus is Active: If you choose to withdraw real-money funds from your Account while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been completed, erek33 reserves the right to deduct the bonus and any associated winnings from your withdrawable balance before processing the withdrawal request.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and any other wagering activity conducted on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by erek33. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit, or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.
• Odds & Pricing: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that transaction. erek33 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct price at the Company's discretion.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg football accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as wins for the accumulator to pay out. If any leg is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), that leg is removed from the parlay and the remaining legs continue to accumulate. • Togel Market Rules: Draw results for all togel markets — including SGP (Singapore Pools), HKG (Hongkong), SDY (Sydney), and MCO (Macau) — are sourced directly from the respective official draw authorities. erek33's settlement of togel markets is final upon confirmation of official results.
• Live Betting: In-play / live betting odds are updated continuously. Any bets placed during a connectivity interruption that result in a bet being accepted at materially stale odds may be voided at the Company's discretion following review.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment before the required minimum play time, system error, duplicate bet placement, or as otherwise specified in the applicable game or sport rules.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout per single bet or per single togel draw for any Member is subject to limits displayed in the Platform's betting interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap amount regardless of the calculated return.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or bonus claim.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with any service in a manner not available to a human user operating the standard Platform interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion — including but not limited to coordinating bets with other Members to guarantee outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a system error are subject to forfeiture.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the erek33 customer support team or any other user of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any component of the Platform.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, if you are prohibited from using such services under the laws applicable to you.

erek33 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Company provides a range of tools and resources designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout features to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the responsible gaming support team and are irreversible for the elected period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional pop-up notifications at regular intervals displaying the duration of the current session and net win/loss for that session.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the erek33 brand name, logo, or any associated mark in any manner that could create confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the Company's reputation.

erek33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Payment information is processed securely via PCI-DSS-compliant payment infrastructure. erek33 does not store full card numbers or full bank account credentials on its servers.
• Behavioral and transactional data may be analyzed in aggregate, anonymized form for product improvement and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, erek33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensed content providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services — whether planned or unplanned — including those arising from technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations arising from technical malfunctions, provided that erek33 acts promptly to identify and correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

erek33's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

erek33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member or their financial institution.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts or bonus abuse patterns.
• At the Member's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Company reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where closure is at the Member's own request and no breach is present, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory KYC confirmation.

erek33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Members via the email address on file or via a notification displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amended version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which erek33 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and erek33, you are encouraged to contact the customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The Company commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial submission, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Company's licensing authority. The outcome of such a process shall be binding on both parties.
